What We Did

Implemented a company-wide suite of PM and activity tracking tools. Improved comapny task completion rate by nearly 200%.
(2) Development Roadmap
Revised all user value propositions. Working with design team created revised MVP. Designed product development roadmap complete with. timelines, architecture updates, detailed tech spec and requirements, and developer management protocols.
(3) Strategic Planning
Designed comprehensive go-to-market stragegy from current state to lauch.
